Position Profile

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for the overall department strategy, overseeing the successful execution of all of our programs, and growing the ventureLAB brand as a world-class technology hub.

This role will also oversee a team of Program Managers and work closely with a number of internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and implement effective programming and resource mobilization for our growth and scale ventures, while ensuring an exceptional experience for all of our clients.

You have strong founder empathy, and are an effective operator, mentor, communicator, and community builder.
