Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Partner Engagement, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of ventureLAB’s private sector partnerships to deliver an exceptional partner experience to ensure the short and long-term sustainability of ventureLAB programs and operations.
The successful candidate will be both the internal liaison providing clear guidance and direction to all teams, acting, and the external point person with partners, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of contracted partner engagements. The position requires a demonstrated ability to collaboratively build relationships, manage complex projects and competing priorities, as well as track, report and optimize the performance of industry partnerships. The Account Manager will also be a strong communicator and be able to demonstrate a high degree of drive, focus and purpose, as well as to convert strategic partnership goals into profitable, multi-year, revenue-generating partnership plans.
The successful candidate requires proven account management skills in the Hardware or Enterprise Software sectors and the ability to quickly identify and address key roadblocks and risks to ensure the timely delivery of agreed targets and KPIs.
