Bereket Kefyalew

Bereket brings over 7 years of experience directing ecosystem growth and supporting tech startups across Canada and internationally. Having lived and worked in Canada, Ethiopia, Austria, and Denmark, he brings a valuable global perspective to our ecosystem. Most recently, Bereket advised founders through his work at Invest Ottawa and the Waterloo Accelerator Centre.

Bereket holds a Master's degree from Aalborg University, Denmark as well as certifications in Change Management (University of Toronto) and PRINCE2*Project Management.  In his role, he will collaborate with the team to expand and elevate our community initiatives.
