Maanasaa Ravikrishna

Maanasaa Ravikrishna is the People & Culture Generalist at ventureLAB. She brings strong experience in talent acquisition across multiple industries and holds an MBA in Human Resources. Maanasaa is passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and supporting the development of high-performing, mission-driven teams.

Prior to joining ventureLAB, Maanasaa worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Teranet, where she also supported HR coordination activities, including onboarding and employment administration.

In her current role, Maanasaa supports end-to-end recruitment, including co-op and early-career hiring, as well as onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day people operations.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing badminton and spending time outdoors when the weather is nice.
