John is the Sector Manager, Automotive and Mobility, at the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI). In his current role, John works with the nine OVIN RTDS, the OVIN Demonstration Zone, and helps develop and manage projects for the OVIN R&D Partnership Fund.
John’s prior role was as a Powertrain Engineer for McLaren Engineering, responsible for the Innovative Design, Development and Program Management of OEM vehicles. In this capacity, John was responsible for leading the development of Electric vehicles and its nuanced architecture.
John holds a M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from University of Waterloo and is a certified Professional Engineer (P.Eng)
