At ventureLAB, we know that groundbreaking innovation requires a sustainable, long-term capital strategy to achieve real scale. That is why we are pleased to officially introduce Cohort 3 of our Investment Readiness Program: a strategic catalyst equipping Canada’s most promising hardtech and deep-tech ventures with the funding blueprints needed to secure capital and compete globally.
From advanced medical devices and carbon recycling to automotive cybersecurity and industrial AI, the ventures in Cohort 3 embody the resilience and ingenuity driving Canada's tech landscape forward.
As part of the Investment Readiness Program, these companies received comprehensive, full-journey guidance, from rigorous pitch deck refinement to building high-value, strategic investor connections. Crucially, the program also works to level the playing field by intentionally breaking down the systemic barriers and biases that have historically hindered underrepresented founders from accessing vital resources.
Since 2012, ventureLAB advisors have empowered hundreds of founders to leverage over $520 million in private investment. This incoming cohort represents the next wave of visionary leaders ready to bridge the gap between deep-tech innovation and sustainable commercial expansion.
