Ciricia Proulx is ventureLAB’s Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, reporting to Hugh Chow. In this senior leadership role, Ciricia works across the organization to translate ventureLAB’s strategic vision into financially sustainable partnership frameworks at the C-suite and global strategic level. Her mandate is global in scope and focused on shaping strategic narratives, enabling high-impact collaborations, and supporting long-term growth across ventureLAB’s priority sectors, including Semiconductors, Artificial Intelligence, and MedTech. Ciricia brings extensive global experience across the technology sector, having held senior and executive roles at Ericsson, Facebook (Meta), and Intel. She has a strong record of aligning stakeholders around complex, high-impact initiatives and works closely with internal teams and external partners to build actionable, globally aligned partnerships that support ventureLAB’s long-term sustainability and founder success.
