Jarrod has nearly two decades of experience as a registered U.S. patent attorney, working with technology companies at various stages of development, from startups to multinational corporations in both the U.S. and Canada. He thrives on addressing the unique challenges facing each company and takes pride in providing tailored solutions to help them achieve success. Jarrod is skilled in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on IP strategy, patent counseling, and portfolio management. His technical expertise spans a wide range of fields, including electrical, hardware, software, mechanical, and chemical arts. Before joining ventureLAB, Jarrod served as Director of IP at Intellectual Property Ontario (IPON).
