Mihret is currently completing a Statistics degree at York University. She is interested in data analysis, operational efficiency, and using data to support better decision-making. As part of the ventureLAB team, she is excited to contribute to daily operations, improve processes, and learn more about the innovation ecosystem. Outside of work, she enjoys film, creative projects, and exploring new ideas.
