Brandon is a Partner at True Search, where he advises some of North America’s most innovative and complex companies on leadership and talent strategy.

He works closely with senior executives, boards, and investors to address the challenges of executive hiring in scaling, technology-driven organizations.

He specializes in helping companies build leadership teams capable of turning technical innovation into commercial success. In addition to his search practice, Brandon plays a key role in expanding True’s presence in Canada.

Before joining True, Brandon was a core member of the Global Financial Services and Technology practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. His experience spans both established enterprises and high-growth startups, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the evolving leadership needs across different stages of growth.

Brandon holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Nipissing University. His diverse background across corporate, community, and operational settings informs a strategic, holistic approach to leadership development and talent planning.
