Lynn McNeil

Lynn McNeil is ventureLAB’s Semiconductor Sector Expert, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across the semiconductor, high-tech, and medical device industries. In this consulting role, Lynn supports priority semiconductor initiatives and advances strategic partnerships across public, academic, and industry stakeholders. Working closely with ventureLAB’s leadership team, Lynn contributes to the continued development of the Hardtech Industrial Cluster (HIC), helping position it as a platform for commercialization, investment, and dual-use innovation. She is a seasoned operations, finance, and engineering leader with a strong track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs and building advanced technology programs. Lynn’s hands-on expertise in commercialization and scale-up helps ventureLAB support founders navigate growth challenges and compete on a global stage.
